Policies

Reservations require a deposit equal to one night’s rental rate per room at time of booking for multiple night stays and 50% of rate for a one night stay.

 A two-week notice before your scheduled arrival date for cancellations is required. $25.00 fee per room applies to all cancellations but can be applied to a future stay within one year. If you cancel your reservation prior to two weeks in advance, we will return the refundable portion of your deposit or credit you the full amount for your next visit. If cancellation is made within two weeks of arrival, deposit is retained as a cancellation fee and the full room rate for each day reserved can be charged to you if re-booking is not possible. Shortened stays after check-in are non-refundable.

Reservations confirmed with valid Credit Card.

Payment by Cash, Check or Credit Card. Amex, Discover and MC/Visa Accepted.

Check in 3:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) on day of arrival.  We are somewhat flexible for early or late arrival with priot notice.

Check out 11:00 am (Mountain Time) on day of departure

We are happy to accommodate any reasonable guest requests, i.e. hypoallergenic bedding, special diets, etc.

Guest’s pets are not allowed per Iron County Health Department Regulations.

All rates are double occupancy. We cannot accommodates extra guests in guests rooms per Iron County Fire Marshall regulations.
